TAYAN Alliances, Inc. (TAYAN) is a registered IRS 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.

The organization’s mission is to preserve and renovate existing housing stock, and develop new single and multi-family affordable housing in the community.

TAYAN’s services and projects are targeted to low-to-moderate income first-time homebuyers and tenants in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach County.

The organization also collaborates with Housing Authorities and programs such as the Section 8 Voucher and HUD-VASH Assistance.

Through its partnerships with community-based organizations, TAYAN is able to assist homebuyers and renters to obtain homebuyer education, counseling, and financial literacy that they may need.

Public/private partnerships enable TAYAN to be more effective at addressing the affordable housing issues in South Florida.

The organization acts as a concerned, advocate landlord for those residents whose income requires access to affordable rents.
