What We Do
Mission Statement
The organization’s mission is to preserve housing choice by constructing, rehabilitating, and providing decent, safe, and sanitary housing for low-income, moderate-income, and workforce residents and families who would otherwise be unable to afford decent housing.
The Corporation shall provide such housing through the rehabilitation of substandard buildings and the construction of new facilities in place of blighted structures or blighted vacant sites, for the purpose of combating the deterioration of the community and contributing to its physical improvement.
The Corporation may also offer quality rental/lease-to-own housing, as well as programs, to qualified individuals with low to moderate incomes, or who are part of the workforce population.
